Hero Honda Motors Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 237.74 crore for the first quarter ended June 30 as compared to Rs 204.45 crore achieved during the same quarter last year. Total turnover has increased to Rs 2,416.65 crore from Rs 2,007.63 in the year-ago period.
Hero Honda has lost 2% market sahre (Year Over Year) and the management said that there was marging pressure due to metal prices and also hinted a price hike this month end.
