Global Markets:
The Asian markets closed mixed today,Hang Seng closed up +1%, SSE Composite closed up +1.33%, Nikkei closed down -1.30% and Sensex closed down -1.40%.
Indian Market:
With weak global market cues, Sensex opened down 80 points and the selling continued throughtout the day, pulling the Sensex down to a days low of 10,703 down -217, but with some buyng coming at the closing hours it finally closed down -151.67 or -1.39 at 10,767.97.
BSE BANKEX dropped by -2.32%, BSE Metal was down by -1.77% and BSE IT lost -1.34%
Among the BSE Stocks ICICI Bank lost -4.34%, Satyam dropped by -3.4%, Dr Reddys was down by -3.2% and BHEL was down by -3%.
